Hello everyone – welcome to your Wednesdays (you made it!)! Apologies for this promised update taking a few extra hours – we had to confirm one small thing, but we’re all set now.

We have a few general updates for you since we last posted something here (nothing new if you’ve been following social or the visual updates on the campaign), but we’re also revealing our last pledge goal today. We still have a few more stretch goals in the works, that said!

First things first – campaign achievements – things have still been moving along at an awesome pace:

1. At $63,000, we unlocked Eternity and Apples for Tybalt as part of the add-on system. If you want them, they’ll be options for you then.
2. At $66,666, we unlocked a post-campaign store for 25 decks, which means that people who were unable to pledge the campaign at launch due to credit card restrictions can support us with PayPal. At $77,777 (potentially soon), we’ll have the ability to add another 25, for a total of 50 reserved decks.
3. At $72,500, we unlocked gold foiling on the Tyrian Pet stickers!

Currently, the pledge goal we are working on is a charity donation – at $75,000, we promise that the minimum we’ll give to the International Fund for Animal Welfare is $10,000. We’re extremely excited to be able to do this, and it’s thanks to all of you.

That said, our last pledge goal has been approved – if we reach 1,250 pledges, we’ll be adding an optional tarot cloth as an add-on. We have two design options, but we wanted to let you decide which idea you wanted to see on these. We’ll be aiming for full cotton, at least 22”x22” if possible (we’re still confirming with a few vendors).

The options (which are also in the link) are below - A, our Omadd's map variation (found on the stretch goal postcard, certain designs in the book, and social media assets), and B, the card back (adapted). Each would be slightly different than depicted to fit printing on cloth and a square design.

We’ll keep this vote open until we hit the pledge goal.

As always, please let us know if there’s anything we can do for you! As a general reminder, all add-ons can be added or adjusted with the backer survey that goes out in approximately 2 weeks, and both PayPal and Credit Card are options (if you want something additional).

Hello all! I hope your weekends went well. At noon today we officially passed a week since launch (and a month left in the campaign), and our team can still say that we’re blown away by the response. Because of that same response, I’ve been working with some companies to streamline the process, especially for all of you that have been interested in getting additional items with your pledge.

We’ll be working with a pledge manager company to help automate & make our process as clean as possible for us and for you. The key: you don’t need to worry about add-ons now, just contemplate what you’d like to have from the selections. The only price difference that will exist between the current pledge levels and add-ons is with prints (see notes).

If you have any questions or concerns about add-ons, please read all of the following! Sorry for the text wall!

The short version of what will happen is:

1. Shortly after the campaign - May 22 (no more than 3 days after, probably the day of), we’ll email a “survey” out to all pledgers. These surveys look something like this:
   
   
    
2. Each survey will be customized to your pledge – you’ll be free to add items (like pins, prints, stickers) on to your pledge at that time with credit card or PayPal (yes, there is a PayPal option here, but it doesn’t change your initial charge with Indiegogo). The survey will list items that are already included in your pledge (so you can see your final overall pledge at the end).
3. Once you’ve selected all the items you’d like (basic cart functionality) and pay with CC or Paypal, you’ll verify your shipping address and confirm.
4. You can go in and adjust your shipment information up until the time we begin shipping/process locations (you’ll have about a month and a half, estimated).

Note to the above: There might be some tweaks to minor order related things, but this is accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Options:

1. Postcard Signature ($3): We’ll personally address your postcard to whoever you’d like.
2. Extra Postcards ($2 each): The backs will be blank, so you can do whatever you’d like with them.
3. Extra Vinyl Stickers ($2.50 each): Raptors and quaggan/choya (if unlocked); one is included with physical packs if unlocked by default
4. Stickers ($4): Ranger Tarot pets and Breakfast Mounts, 1 sheet each
5. Standard Pins ($7): World Completion (additional – one comes standard with the Tyrian Tarot deck), Res Me, Mastery/Laurel pin, baby catmander griffon, black lion trading coin pin
6. Specialty Pin (note: not available as a selection for the perks, only as an add-on due to added price in manufacturing): Eternity – price is still being determined.
7. Digital Pack ($5): Includes the cover as a wallpaper, the card backs as phone res items, a few cards as wallpapers and some desktop wallpapers from the book designs
8. Prints: Price is still TBD, probably $10~. We’re printing on archival quality, so we’re deciding if it’s more practical to use the professional printers we own or going to a print shop to keep to our shipping estimates. (See note on print packs!)

Notes on this:

1. If you ordered something from the secondary store in the last week, we will honor it and add it manually to your order when we import them. You’ll see it reflected in the survey (or we’ll notify you if something else crazy happens – our goal is just to keep you always updated). 
2. If you added a donation (or add one while pledging), it will show up as a credit that you can add items out of in the survey. 
3. Print packs: The World features a print pack at a discount. That’s one of the perks of getting the whole perk pack now (it’s just cheaper overall).
4. Prints – there will be small previews of all prints available at the end of the campaign showcasing all works available (so there’s no guesswork involved as to what you’ll get). You’ll be able to pick from them in the survey. They will not be large enough that it spoils large portions of the deck.
5. Prints 2.0 – we’re looking into multiple sizings on prints on request. We’ll update everyone as to what we can offer you, and how shipping will be impacted. The old default was 5"x7” and that will remain true for The World. 
6. We will probably have a few post-order decks to put up, but for the most part assume that there will not be decks available to add-on with the post-order store, so get any decks you want now.
7. If you are not pledged or cancel a pledge, there is no way to get these add-ons at this time. We can only sell add-ons with the campaign.

That all said... we have a new stretch goal!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know that the social media goals are officially live! If we meet the goals listed, the two stickers get added for free to your packages (The Fool and up).

Hello everyone: here's yet another general update! Thank you so much to everyone who has been sharing the campaign with your guild mates, friends and family - we've been hearing about it, and we love you for it! It's so fun to see the places it reaches in the community. :)

That said, we passed the pledge goal for gilding! Congratulations!! We're so excited to be able to bring gold gilded decks! (The team thought it'd take so much longer, hah. You showed us.)

We also unlocked some bigger stickers (they're upgraded from 4"x6" to 5"x7"). This is now a default and true for both sticker sets. This was stretch goal number 9. :)

We're figuring out our remaining stretch goals - we have them basically confirmed, but we're going through and making sure all is okay, doing some graphics tweaking and number crunching. Expect more pin designs, some book additions, and one more sticker tweak for the stretch goals (amongst other things), and one more item added as an opt-in pledge goal.

Speaking of add-ons, just wanted to remind everyone that we'll be announcing the plan for how to add items to your pledges on Sunday and that we're on track to get you that answer! I'm pretty sure I know what we're doing, just figuring out the finer logistics to make sure it's what we want and what's best for us and our charity goals. Thank you all for your patience!

The final thing: Our social media goals start tomorrow, and we'll post the links for them here. The basic idea for this is if the number of notes/likes/retweets those posts get exceeds what we ask, a vinyl sticker gets unlocked for all the pledges with the Tyrian Tarot item. These two vinyl stickers are both adorable and I sure do hope we get them both.

Also: There may or may not be a small raffle happening with that on both platforms. If you missed a chance at a signed copy, it's your chance to try for one. It'll be random chance for this one (but later there will be some chances to flex your lore knowledge :o).

Hey everyone! Happy Hump Day — we’ve just hit day 4 of this campaign, and I’m so glad you’re all with us. I have some fast updates for you all including unlocks, new commissions by Casondra Logan and H1fey, and Add-Ons!  :)

> We’ve unlocked all of our current second option add-ons (but we have more planned - just waiting to be mocked up. :D)

> All of the current stretch goals are reached, including adding a free postcard and adding Jormag to the deck (by Isvoc). If you missed it, the book is also now foiled and hardcovered.

> We’re looking into more goals and lots of fun things. The next one will be announced today at 6PM EDT (ish - sometimes work runs over)! :) 

> We’re working on gilding the cards in less than 50 pledges! Can we do it today? :O

> Commissions: 

We’re so excited that you like the offered commissions! Two more experienced commissioners are offering up a custom piece as well - Casondra Logan and H1fey (Wojtek Depczyński), both Creative Partners and members of the project. 

We’ve added new tiers for them (4/5) due to the complexity of their pieces, but we definitely vouch for their work, and this is a great way to support them and us (they get paid through this!).

Note: If you currently have “The Fool” or any bundle without a special/limited item, just cancel your pledge and repledge. (You’ll have the chance to readd your items - read next section!) If you have a LIMITED item (Sun/Moon/Wheel of Fortune/EarlyBird), please email me: [email protected] and I’ll set up a special tier for you to add.

We’ve currently working with two possible solutions for the add-ons so that all of you can add them at will. We know that the pins especially are something people want to add (me too!). That said, we’ll be updating everyone with a detailed breakdown of how that will work before Sunday. Hang tight, we promise we'll work with all of you to keep it as seamless as possible!

Don’t worry: the add-ons are not limited! (Also - there’s a high chance we add more pins… we got them approved!)
