Hey everyone! Thanks so much for continuing to follow our adventures. I just wanted to take a brief moment of your day to poke about one of our new campaigns called Echoes of Thunder, an art anthology from The Dragon Prince. It's up right now on Indiegogo!

By the same writers as The Last Airbender, we were allowed the unique chance to make an art anthology of the project, celebrating the characters of the series. It looks at each character through the lens of the 6 core emotions, and how they impact them throughout (and before) the series.
This project is a bit different in nature from our Guild Wars 2 projects, as it allows us the chance to pay artists and ourselves (if it funds). It's really important to us because we truly wish to foster a community that can continue these projects. We'd really appreciate any glances at the campaign and/or shares if you have a friend that likes the series! Some art is below (then some notes on our GW2 projects, upcoming next month!).

Tyrian Gazette is also coming around the corner, launching on August 6th! Hey everyone! This is the official last Tyrian Tarot-related update! As of mid-last week, all of the remaining Fool TT packages hit the mail stream for the EU (with the NA concluded a month and a half ago).
From here on out, we’ll be swapping to a mailing list for future projects, but I’ll still post here on occasion for anything important. I do hope you’ll continue to support us in our various adventures!

FIRSTLY – A THANK YOU:
A huge kudos to the EU side with getting everything to everyone, and a thank you to everyone who cheered the NA and EU side along to getting everything out. I know it personally helped a lot.
We know that there were some adventures with getting everything out (3,000 packages is not anything to scoff at), and we know that everyone was very excited to get everything. Your enthusiasm continues to be a gem, and we appreciate it.
And of course, we did so much good with this project. $42,000 to charity was crazy and I'm so proud of all of us. <3
That said, it’s not easy attempting to create a balance between real life and fan projects, especially when you’re trying to strike a balance between this, daily work and trying to sleep a little bit. At the end of this year, I’ll have dropped (personally) 2,200 hours unpaid for these charity projects, and the rest of my mod team can spout numbers that would probably surprise you too. (Fast reference: A full time job for a 12 month period is about 2,087 hours.) That said, if you see any of them, please give them a thank you. None of this would be possible without them, and I treasure them all dearly.

THE COLLECTIVE SAGA: CONTINUED
If you, or a friend, missed any items from the Tyrian Tarot campaign, or you missed an opportunity to grab a Wintersday Fanzine, we’ve returned some various items to the store for a 12 Days of Wintersday Sale (including a gem giveaway here).

We have various sales, including tarot cloths, released hardback books, pins, prints from WDZ, signed cards from ArenaNet and the team and more. Oh, and the fanzine, of course! Some fun images below. :D
SHIPPING – AT THE END:
As noted above, shipping is completely done. I’ll break this down into two sections.
>> NA: At this time, almost all packages have been sent out around 45 days ago (most were finished in October). All packages shipped insured, so if something was damaged or lost, please follow the claim process! Do not put it off – the USPS claim window goes from 15 days after sending to 60 days. If you wait longer than that, it becomes invalid.
>>>> Process an online claim within 15-60 days of your item being mailed and registered via USPS.
>>>> Please email us with the claim information (please make sure to do this; if you don’t, we won’t know to hold items for you – [email protected]).
>>>> We will wait to see the result of the query/claim. They will usually write you a check for lost packages, a partial reimbursement for damages. From that amount, you can either keep it (voiding your claim with us) or request a replacement item (we hold them so long as your claim is active).
>> EU: All packages are sent and are in your emails. Please check all inboxes prior to contacting us! We know some went into spam boxes.
If you’re having an issue: The claim/process is a tiny bit different but very similar. The window is about 15-60 days as well, though we’d suggest anyone not in the EU to wait at least a month as it’s most likely to hit customs if you’re not located on the continent.
All packages are packed safely, and we’ve seen some crazy things that look like a raptor decided to make it a chew toy, but most have arrived relatively harm free. However, if you ended up on the wrong side of the Mystic Forge…:
>>>> For damages, the authority on a package is transferred to the recipient, so you must file a claim with the post office and notify us. We’ll do our best to rectify any issues.
>>>> For lost packages, please notify us and we’ll file the necessary information.
>>>> In both instances, make sure we’re notified before that window is up. We had a larger than normal printer defect rate in the EU (a long chain of unfortunate things with that printer coming to a close), so we’re out of books there, but still have decks. Any replacements for the books will most likely originate from the US, which means we absolutely need that claim info.

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having a great start to the holiday season – whether you’re just starting that holiday shopping, winding down your college semesters, or recovering from a turkey coma… you’ve got this!
I’m here with a relatively fast update for everyone, mostly regarding EU shipments (which have been worked on steadily!) for the weekend 2-week update.
Fast notes:
>> While bundle offers are now gone, you can still pick up the Wintersday Zine fanzine at our store through the end of the year. It is 224 pages of awesome. :D
There are also some fun giclee fine art prints still available (below!), including a signed piece:
>> If you missed it, we donated our $42,000 to the International Fund for Animal Welfare. It’s currently processing through the PayPal Giving Fund, and should be with them shortly (but it has already left our hands).
EU (INTERNATIONAL) SHIPPING:
As of this message, I’ve inputted all of the tracking numbers I’ve been handed (usually I input them within 2 hours of them being handed over). A fair dent is done now, and the end is in sight. :D
In the next few days, I’m told that the few remaining in the World, Hanged Man and Temperance will be sent out (the current estimation is by Wednesday, according to the team over there). While this date might fluctuate slightly based on the post office and how many they’ll accept, that’s what they’re currently aiming for.
The Fool (the last tier) is what remains after that, and a few stragglers (most of which we’ve contacted already – related to address oddities, names that are missing, etc). They’re aiming for as soon as possible with everything, and I’ll update you guys on that once I know more.
//Note: Please remember that the NA correspondent (who also handle this/social/emails) has no direct control over the speed of EU. Both sections are all volunteers for free, and they are working as fast as they can while maintaining their day jobs. We all apologize that the EU branch isn’t done yet, but it’s being completed as fast as reasonably possible considering the volume. We’ve already implemented systems to control expectations and clarity in future projects. We definitely want to keep everyone on the same page. :)
That said, we will make sure all packages are sent, so don’t fret. Remember that you’ll get an email with tracking info; we’ll also post when we’re completely done with shipping.
UNDERSTANDING TRACKING:
A few of you have had questions on the numbers sent out. If you’re within the EU, many local post (who do the transfers) will take the same tracking code if you input it once the consignment (package) has been transferred. We’re happy to help in that regard if you’re not sure how to do this, but all EU packages go by air and should be traceable to destination.
NA SHIPPING:
The few packages that we had left NA-side that were waiting on replacement pins (noted in the last update, requested Aug. 4th) are now in. There were just 6~ of them left and I’ll be getting them out the door via priority mail this week.
Other than that, we've been 99.9% done for about 2.5 weeks now for the NA... and everything should have arrived with the exception of Mexico/some Canada, who could be held up due to customs. If there's anything odd going on, touch base with us.
DIGITAL STUFF:
Any digital items will be released on December 1st via email (outside of minis, which were sent out a few months ago). Watch artist social media accounts that day as well… there may or may not be some artwork hitting the pipelines :P.
Thank you for your patience (contributors and pledgers) – we wanted to be reasonable to everyone with sendouts since EU was a bit behind. :D

ANYTHING FURTHER:
If you have any friends interested in the book by itself, we’ll be putting some up in the store early December (coming from the US). We will not have any decks available until 2019 (sorry!).

Hello all! Thank you for the patience – we were confirming some information between two different parties, and we’re updating now since it’s the weekend. We’re still waiting for some final information from one party (our contacts at IFAW for our final donation! We exceed their normal donations... so we're verifying that all is okay) so I’ll be doing that update hopefully early next week once they’re back in office. But, EU/international shipping!
That said, first, a very fast reminder that Wintersday Zine sales close in 6 days! We’ve been really thrilled by the positive reception that TT had, and this WDZ we’re holding to the same standard (and also for charity!). Sara and I have had a lot of fun with the merch, and we’re really excited that this book is doing well too. :D
THE STORE IS HERE. Sales are closing soon! (The first 500 from each region ship between Dec. 10 and Dec. 17th!)

The bundles themselves (which contain the merch items) specifically will be removed from the store at the end of 15th (but we will have some solo books after that still available)… but look at the merch. In a few sales, we’ll potentially have a free pin added as well (that glows!).
EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
As you all know, international shipping was scheduled to commence about two and a half weeks ago. The EU team hit a bit of a planning/execution snag – their contact with the post office went on an extended vacation when they were about to start shipments. It was a timing error, and I was informed late that the plans had changed; I just got my information from them sorted out. We both apologize for that.
TL;DR – We are hoping to have everything out the door in 1-2 weeks.
>> As of now, I’ve been informed that numbers are set, and most packages are set and ready to go. The EU team is currently working through stickering the packages, and will be sending the next segments out early next week (and turning over activated codes as they’re put into the mail stream). The old shipping sequence still does apply as listed in previous updates. You WILL get a tracking number via email when it is processed.
>> Tracking numbers are manually entered – by me – but I’ll do it as soon as I get them from the EU! Basically what happens is that I have to override the old system configuration individually (since it’s for a US origin originally), which sends out the tracking confirmation once I’ve adjusted it. Little tricky, but it works.
>> The EU end said that things should be wrapping up around the 20th, but hoping for something earlier. Since packages are sitting and waiting, we can no longer push up packages or pull them. It’s now a matter of delivery… but we are very close to done!
NA REGION SHIPPING
I’ve been more or less done for about a week, and am currently doing giveaway items. There are a few preorder packages (about 10) and CAN packages that required world pins (another 10) that I had to hold. I ordered some replacement world pins on August 4th since a few had overflowed enamel, and didn’t obviously want to give any bad ones out.
Unfortunately, our manufacturer has been a bit slow about replacements, but I’ve been informed that they’ll be shipped to us via express air shipping in the next week. I’m hoping to have any remaining straggling packages mailed out before the third week of the month. Sorry for the wait! Everything else is done though -- so about 99.85% done on the NA region end.
The NA region should be getting a survey probably early next week via email.
DIGITAL PACKS & PDF GUIDEBOOKS
This is still coming! I’m waiting for the confirmation that the main bulk of EU has hit the mail stream, to keep the book segments a little bit of a surprise for those who haven’t seen it yet. Bear with me – we’re trying to be fair to everyone, but it will definitely be sent out (via BackerKit).

Hey everyone! I hope you’re having a spooky end of the month! :D
Sorry that this update is a bit more delayed than promised - I got caught up with a 90-hour packing week (boxboxbox) and moving out of a rented location, so I needed a mental & physical break for 24 hours to recoup (and went to celebrate a family member’s birthday). WINTERSDAY ZINE SALES
First of all, I’d like to invite you to look at our winter project for the Guild Wars 2 Artist Collective: Journeys, the Wintersday Zine 2018. This year going to support the charity Save the Children, we produce a fanbook annually that strives to incorporate a variety of styles from throughout the GW2 community. SHIPPING UPDATE
Whew! So this has definitely been an adventure. Despite the crazy, it’s so been worth it to see all of your reactions. :D … That said, general update:
NA Region: I’m just about done! For the most part, all U.S. packages have been shipped out that were within the Indiegogo campaign. What remains are about 33% of Canadian orders (they take much longer to do, but working on it) and pre-orders/post-campaign orders. I will be chipping through these over the next week.
We did have a shortage of world pins due to some defective & missing items. I placed a replacement order in August, and they’re getting made now (a bit late, but late is better than never). It only impacts pre-orders, and I’ll be contacting you if you’ll be delayed a touch by that early next week, but I’ll ship them out the minute I have the replacements. (Unfortunately nothing I can do - it was a hefty difference in number.)
EU Region (aka, anything international that’s not in North America, including Asia, Australia, South America and Africa): These are being shipped as we speak! This is the current order that they’re going out in -- this is due to how I boxed the invoices (it was easier to go by box to keep everything sorted properly):

We do not have it until we generate the labels. They are automatically emailed! If you haven’t gotten an email, it’s not up yet. 3) We aim to have everything concluded by Nov. 15th (this is about a month behind my original estimation for conclusion... but alas, PrintNinja's 1.5 month delay dented plans a bit).
